I never met Frank but found him on Facebook as we were both Bass players. I immediately saw his talent and contacted him. We became instant friends and liked each others posts for over two years.
I just found out about his passing and I am gutted to hear this.
Frank, if you can hear me, you were a talented and warm hearted man. I am honored to have run into you on my journey through life. May you rock and roll in eternity! You will be missed but never forgotten!

To Frank's Family, So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Frank was a year ahead of me in Highschool. We became reacquainted last year, while his band"The Cubs" were playing at Knox's Horse Thief Days. Because of our love for cars,Pontiacs, we really hit it off together. We became Facebook and also texting friends. We even had breakfast at Bob Evans a few times(where he had copious amounts of coffee). He really wanted to purchase another '65 GTO, like he had in school. We traded information back and forth. He really enjoyed conversation and also sharing his thoughts on FB. Whenever I hear a good oldies band, see an old GTO,or a very clean shiny red Ford pickup truck; I will be reminded of Frank. He will be greatly missed!..Mark

We had so many wonderful times with Frank in the 70s and 80s when we lived in the area.We really missed that when we moved but stayed connected with him through Facebook. His Facebook postings were one of a kind! We are moving back to the Knox area in the next month and are so sad that we will not be able to spend time with him as we had so hoped to do. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Joe, and Jason,
You and I, and everyone else are so shocked about Frank, He was taken all too young. He had many friends and was talented, and enjoyed life,
Your Dad told me he worried about Frank growing old alone. but we know now that he will not be left alone on this earth.
Frank called your Dad everyday, and when they hung up, Frank would say, I LOVE YOU DAD, and your Dad would say to him, I LOVE YOU TOO FRANK. how special was that.
I know your heart will ache, but you have many memories and pictures, I have seen them. Be thankful for those memories. And when you watch STEELERS GAMES, think about brother FRANK, and the fun and laughs your family had together. MOM AND DAD, AND FRANK, WOULD WANT YOU TO LAUGH.
I will be thinking about you in the days ahead.
GOD BLESS YOU, AND THE WHOLE FAMILY,
KATHY JACKSON

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. During difficult times such as this one, we don't always know what to say or do, but our loving Father and Creator does. Please find the help and comfort you all need to get through this difficult time from " the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). One day God promises to do away with death forever (Isaiah 25:8).

I knew Frank in the 80's when Roadhouse played at our high school dances at North Clarion HS. My brother-in-law Mark West was his friend also. I recently introduced myself at Neil Sneeringer's Memorial Ride last summer. Of course he dedicated a song to me, called me his "new friend" What a sweet and talented guy!

I was so sad to hear of Frank's passing. My husband and I were in the same class at Cranberry with Frank. I lived in the same neighborhood so we would walk home from school together once in awhile. I will always remember him showing me where he was set up in his basement to practice with a band he was in. I knew then that playing the guitar was his passion and I'm so happy he was able to do that until the end. I was glad I got to hear Frank play last summer with the "Cubs". He was very talented and just a sweetheart of a guy. There are so many things in my daily life that remind me of Frank just from his posts on facebook. I am really going to miss reading them. I send my heartfelt sympathy to his brothers, their family, his step-daughter and all his good buddies.

I miss my cousin Frank. We were very close when younger, spending summers in Florida with our grandparents. What fun that was! We shared our love for rock music, and Frank took it further with bass playing in several bands. While most people thought he was a great bass player, I think he was even better than great. He loved to play, that's for sure.
I'm really going to miss him.
