Sandra E. Jeannerat, age 71, of Shippenville, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 12, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

     Born February 13, 1946 in Wentling's Corners, Clarion County, she was a daughter of the late Laird and Mildred DeHart Rowe.

     Sandy graduated from Keystone High School in 1964.

     She married Ted Jeannerat on April 25, 1975 and he survives.

    Sandy worked for ASR Medical Supply in Shippenville until retiring to raise her children.

    She was a member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Knox.

    Sandy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed bird watching.

     Survivors include her husband, Ted; one son:  Brad Jeannerat and his wife, Ashley, of Slippery Rock; one daughter:  Jody Frazier of Knox and four grandsons:  Brandon and Austin Chambers and Carter and Preston Jeannerat.

    Sandy is also survived by a brother, Carl Rowe and his wife, Joanne, of Knox; three sisters:  Evelyn Myers, Marlys McHenry and her husband, Ron and Sara Ganoe and her husband, Harvey, all of Knox and numerous nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Rowe and Eileen Wetzel; one brother, Bill Rowe; two brothers-in-law, Ben Myers and Russel Wetzel; two sisters-in-law, June Rowe and Ruth Rowe and stepmother, Winnifred Rowe.

     Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc, 430 Mendenhall Avenue, Knox and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1051 Twin Church Road, Knox.

    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the church with Reverend Karen Parsh, pastor at St. Paul’s, officiating over the services.

     Interment will follow in the St. Paul’s Union Cemetery.
