Wayne F. Burt, age 83, of Turkey City, passed away Thursday evening, September 14, 2017 at the Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sligo.

    Born March 24, 1934 in Oil City, he was the son of the late C. Marie Bennett.

    Wayne formerly lived in the Oil City area and worked for Foster Forbes Glass in Oil City.  He was a carton maker.

   Wayne was the uncle of Cindy Renninger and her husband, Ron, of Turkey City.

    At Wayne’s request, there will be no visitation or services.

   Arrangements are under the direction of the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc. of Knox.
