Clara Jean Magagnotti, age 92 of Seminole, passed away Tuesday evening, May 19, 2026, at her home, following a period of declining health.
She was born in Timblin on January 4, 1934.
Clara Jean Dinger married John Dominic Magagnotti in the St. Charles Catholic Church on October 18, 1958. John preceded her in death on June 28, 2010.
She was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church, loved to cook, garden and spend time with her family.
Clara loved to ride her golf cart with Peanuts.
Survivors include her son, John “Snuffy” Magagnotti; grandsons: Nicholas Magagnotti and wife, Selena, and Jerrett Magagnotti and wife, Lacey, all of New Bethlehem, and granddaughter, Alexandrea Brendle and husband, J.J., of Ringold.
Clara is also survived by five great grandchildren: Easton, Niko, Jace, Bo and Hartlen, and sister, Melva Reed and her husband, Ray, of Ringold.
In addition to her father, Arch Dinger, and her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Jock Magagnotti, two brothers and two sisters.
Family and friends will be received from 3-8 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service chapel, 233 Penn Street, New Bethlehem.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2026 at the St. Charles Catholic Church, 201 Washington Street, New Bethlehem. Father Jason Feigh will serve as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the St. Charles Catholic Cemetery.
