Cynthia Ann Rapp, age 74 of Tionesta, passed away Monday evening, September 15, 2025 at UPMC Northwest after a brief illness.
Born February 9, 1951 in Sarver, she was a daughter of the late Francis Benedict Seitz and Alma Violet Brothers Seitz.
She was a graduate of North Clarion High School.
Cynthia married the love of her life, Robert M. Rapp, on April 15, 1972 and he survives.
She was a member of the St. Michael Church in Fryburg and worked for Evenflo-Crater in Tionesta and as a clerk in local stores.
Cynthia enjoyed watching TV, bird watching, spending time with family and friends, and in her younger years, snowmobiling. But she especially loved watching her granddaughter, Taylor Hindman, grow up.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Rapp; daughter, Rebecca Wilson and her husband, Josh, and granddaughter, Taylor Hindman.
Cynthia is also survived by siblings: Sally Cruzan, James Seitz and wife, Pat; Jerry Seitz and wife, Theresa, and Gary Seitz and wife, Barb, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bob Cruzan.
There will be no viewing.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Friday, September, 19, 2025 in the St. Micheal Church, 18765 PA-208, Fryburg. Father Brandon Kleckner, parish priest, will serve as Celebrant.
A luncheon will follow in the St. Michael Hall.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Faller/Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fryburg.
