George Albert Reisinger, age 75 of Emlenton, passed away Saturday morning, February 1, 2025 at the Pittsburgh-Oakland VA Medical Center.
Born March 13, 1949 in Franklin, he was a son of the late Albert Reisinger and Lois Orr Reisinger and was a graduate of Franklin High School.
He was a Vietnam Era veteran and served in the United States Navy for 10 years.
George married the former Priscilla Elaine Say on October 29, 1986 and she survives.
He drove school bus in the Callensburg area for Keystone School District while working as a fulltime mechanic.
George was a car enthusiast and a member of the Charles A. Black American Legion Post #598 of Parker.
Survivors include his wife, Priscilla; two sons: Shawn Bell and Michael (Christina) Bell, all of Seneca; grandson, Nathan Bell of Seneca; sister, Kathy (Ron) Paden, and a sister-in-law, Patricia Reisinger, all of Polk.
In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his daughter, Rachael, in 2004, and a brother, James, in 2024.
Private family services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, along with the according of military honor, at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc., 430 Mendenhall Avenue, Knox.
Interment will take place in the St. Petersburg Cemetery.
