Lynne Anne Boehme

Lynne Anne Boehme, age 75 of Tionesta Formerly of Munhall PA, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024 surrounded by members of her family at home after a brief illness.

She was the wife of the late Daniel Boehme, whom she married on October 31, 1970. Lynne was the daughter of the late John and Irene Churchfield and sister to John Churchfield of FL. Mother to Daniel Boehme Jr. (Bonnie) of Munhall and Isaac Boehme (Penny) of Tionesta. Loving Nanna to a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was born and raised in homestead, PA above the small J&I Dairy store owned by her parents, which is probably where her addiction to Pepsi and Hershey bars started. Lynne loved her retirement home that Daniel built for them in 2007. Working odd projects and gardening in her free time, a staunch opponent of winter weather, although she was always cold even on a 90-degree summer day. Small in stature, but her heart and love were immense and encompassed all she knew and loved and always loved a good political debate or fight.

Lynne will be very much missed by her family and those she knew and cared for.

As per her wishes there will be no viewing and private interment at a later date. If anyone would care to make donations in her memory the family suggests they be made in her memory to the Sarah Stewart Bovard Memorial Library at 156 Elm Street Tionesta, PA 16353 as she was an avid reader of all kinds.
