Margaret Marie (Pettigrew) Baker

Margaret Marie Baker, age 81, formerly of New Bethlehem, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 7, 2021 at the Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sligo following an extended period of declining health.

    Born July 13, 1940 in Schenley, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Martha Rearick Pettigrew.

    Starting at age 17, Margaret worked as a caregiver and continued caring for others in their homes until her own health issues forced her to retire.

    She was a former member of the VFW in Kittanning.

    Margaret moved to New Bethlehem from Ford City in 2002 and was a resident of Broadwood Towers until taking up residence at Clarview, where she was happy and well cared for.
