Ronald G. Blair

Ronald G. Blair, age 65 of Knox, passed away at his son’s residence on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 following a brief illness.

           Born December 10, 1959 in Venango, he was a son of the late Ernest Blair and Phyllis Montgomery Blair.

He graduated from Keystone High school in 1979. Ron was a self employed contractor.

Ron enjoyed riding his motorcycle, boating on his pontoon boat, and enjoyed going to his grandchildren's activities and spending time with them.

           Survivors include one daughter, Rachel (Daniel) Allmendinger of Knox, One son; Garrett (Selena Whitton) Blair of Knox; Five grandchildren, Lyrika, Christian, Odin, Garrett Jr., Eleanor.

           Ronald is also survived by two brothers, Larry Blair of Rockland, and Steve Blair of Knox.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister in law Gertrude.

           Family and Friends will be received 1- 4 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2025 a time of sharing will follow the visitation, at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc., 430 Mendenhall Avenue Knox.

           Interment will take place in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Shippenville.

           Arrangements are under the direction of the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc. of Knox.
