Sarah Dowlan Obituary

Sarah Dowlan, age 60 of Millerstown, passed away, at her home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Born November 19, 1965 in Oil City, she was the daughter of Richard Beichner and Meda Rex

Sarah is survived by her husband, Scott Dowlan, and her two children, Nathanial Beichner and Karissa Dowlan.

Also surviving, are Sarah’s two grandchildren, Nathaniel Beichner Jr. and Cameron Beichner, and two brothers, Rick Beichner and Bruce Beichner.

At her request, Private family services will be held at a later date.

Interment will take place in the Perry Chapel Cemetery.
