We were away when T.J. passed and were deeply shocked to learn of his death. When I worked at the Marienville Area Library he was the most welcomed person for his packages....but mostly for his personality and character. We pray for comfort for his family at the loss of such a man.

I didn't know him well, but many of us in Marienville were saddened to learn that our "man in brown" is gone. TJ always had a smile or a wave when he delivered packages. He was a wonderful man and he is already greatly missed in my town. My deepest sympathy to the family. He may be gone, but he will remain a treasured memory in my heart. RIP TJ, "the man in brown"!

I am still surprised at the word of this happemimg. I saw it online and started you cry. Everytime you saw him he would wave. He stopped one c day to help get us unstuck in snow. I use to joke with him about Spaghetti Thursdays at Carol's. Marcia and I would tease him all the time. He would meet his family so days during the summer for lunch. Hard to believe it's been over 20 years since I got to know him. My dogs even knew he was a good guy, they bark at everyone, he pull in I would tell TJ here bring a package they would stop barking. I'm really going to miss him.

We were so sorry to hear of TJ's passing. We knew him only as the UPS driver but he made a huge impression on us as one of the nicest people we had ever met. He always went out of his way to make sure our needs were met, and in 10 years we never saw him have a bad day or heard him complain about anything. He just seemed to be a genuinely good soul. We hardly knew him and yet we feel his loss deeply. We cannot even begin to imagine how much more he will be missed by his family--our prayers will be with you!
