His knowledge and wit are irreplaceable. Such a huge personality. He will be missed by all of us that knew him as a friend. Rest in peace.

Mark and Family, You have our deepest sympathy. I first met Tom,back in the late seventies, early eighties, while I was a driver for Skip. Tom was a great mechanic. He could just listen to a diesel motor, and know what was wrong with it. I have told other drivers, when I heard of Tom's death, and as it turned out, they knew him too. He was a well known mechanic, having worked at various trucking garages around the area. He will be greatly missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Mark (Rock Buster)

We were shocked to hear that Tom had passed. Tom was a great friend who would go out of his way to help people in need. He was a skilled mechanic with a quick wit and a great sense of humor. He will be fondly missed by his family and friends and by all that were fortunate enough to have known him.

So sorry, to Hear about Tom. Always remember him, and Mark visiting with us. He was a great guy, Haven't seen him in years. Guess we never know from one day to the next, what tomorrow brings.
I lost my husband this May to cancer, and only knew about it about 1 week.
Maybe I can see you again when you are out sometime. You look Good, so take care of your self. Will think of you, and Love you,
Mary McHenry Dupree Nugent

I was thinking of the fun times, picnics, and general conversations in Tom's garage. Brings great memories of a good man, helped anyone he could, and good at being a mechanic. He will be missed by many. Prayers and sympathy, Virginia, Mark and the rest of the family.
